What an end of tenancy clean includes
An end of tenancy clean is deeper than a regular visit. We clean inside the oven, the fridge and every cupboard, not just the surfaces. We descale the bathroom, clean the grout, wash the windows inside, and work through skirting boards, doors, light switches and plug sockets. The idea is to hand the property back in the condition it was let, so there's nothing for the landlord to deduct.

Most tenancy agreements on the Costa del Sol include a cleaning clause, and landlords here are particular. A property that looks clean to you can still fail an inventory check, a smeared oven door, limescale on the shower screen, dust on top of the wardrobes.
