Cleaning Services in Estepona

Estepona has grown fast without losing its old-town charm. We clean homes across the whole town, from the flower-lined streets of the centre to the newer developments running west towards the New Golden Mile.

Estepona old town flower streets

Old Town, marina and the western developments

Estepona is really two towns in one. The centre is a proper Spanish working town, with the Casco Antiguo's whitewashed streets, the Plaza de las Flores, and the marina at Puerto Deportivo. Then, heading west towards Marbella, the coast turns into a string of residential developments: El Paraíso, Cancelada, Atalaya, Benamara, Bel-Air, El Presidente, Los Flamingos and Valle Romano, all loosely grouped as the New Golden Mile.

We clean across both halves. A flat in the old town is a different job to a villa in El Paraíso, and we know the difference. If you're up near Selwo or down by Playa del Cristo, we cover that too.

A town that works all year round

Estepona doesn't shut down in winter the way some coastal resorts do. The old town keeps its bars and restaurants open, the town hall keeps the streets planted and painted, and the place has a steady, year-round population. That means steady cleaning work too, not just a summer rush.

Behind the town, Sierra Bermeja rises up, and the views from the higher developments are some of the best on the coast. A lot of our clients here are people who moved for those views and want the home kept to match.

What we clean in Estepona

Most of our work is regular domestic cleaning for residents, weekly or fortnightly. We also do a lot of holiday rental changeovers, since the New Golden Mile has a high proportion of let properties, and deep cleans at the start and end of the season. Window cleaning is popular here too, for the same reason it is everywhere with a sea view.

If you own a place here and only fly in now and then, we can hold the keys and have the house aired and clean before you land. Take a look at our full list of services or the areas we cover page for the wider picture.

Why Marbella Maid

Every cleaner we send out is vetted, insured and comfortable working in English or Spanish, which helps in a town with a big international community. We turn up with our own products and equipment, try to send the same cleaner each time, and there is no long contract to sign. Just a clean home on a schedule that works for you.

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover the New Golden Mile?

Yes. We clean across El Paraíso, Cancelada, Atalaya, Benamara, Bel-Air, El Presidente, Los Flamingos and Valle Romano, as well as the town centre and the marina.

Do you clean holiday rentals in Estepona?

We do, and it is one of our busiest jobs in Estepona. The New Golden Mile has a lot of let properties, so we turn homes around between guests all summer, and we can add a linen change to the visit if you want it.

Can you hold keys for my Estepona property?

We can. Plenty of our Estepona clients are only here for part of the year, so we hold keys and clean before they arrive. Our cleaners are vetted and we are insured, so the keys are in safe hands.

How often should I book a clean?

For a home you live in, weekly or fortnightly is the norm. A second home or a holiday let is different: monthly, or a clean after each guest, usually makes more sense. We will suggest a rhythm once we have seen the place.

Do you bring your own cleaning products?

We bring our own kit, so you do not need to leave anything out. If you would rather we use eco products or a brand you already have in the cupboard, just say and we will use yours instead.
