Old Town, marina and the western developments
Estepona is really two towns in one. The centre is a proper Spanish working town, with the Casco Antiguo's whitewashed streets, the Plaza de las Flores, and the marina at Puerto Deportivo. Then, heading west towards Marbella, the coast turns into a string of residential developments: El Paraíso, Cancelada, Atalaya, Benamara, Bel-Air, El Presidente, Los Flamingos and Valle Romano, all loosely grouped as the New Golden Mile.
We clean across both halves. A flat in the old town is a different job to a villa in El Paraíso, and we know the difference. If you're up near Selwo or down by Playa del Cristo, we cover that too.
A town that works all year round
Estepona doesn't shut down in winter the way some coastal resorts do. The old town keeps its bars and restaurants open, the town hall keeps the streets planted and painted, and the place has a steady, year-round population. That means steady cleaning work too, not just a summer rush.
