Sierra Blanca is the hillside above the Golden Mile, where the villas get bigger and the views stretch from La Concha down to the sea. We are on this hillside most days, from family villas to apartments that sit empty for months between visits.
A hillside of villas and gated estates
Sierra Blanca sits on the lower slopes of the Sierra Blanca mountain range, just north of the Golden Mile. The streets climb steeply, the plots are large, and most homes sit behind gates. That changes how a clean works. Parking is easier than in the old town, but access has to be arranged in advance, and the scale is different: a five-bedroom villa with a pool terrace is a half-day job, not the quick once-over a two-bed flat gets.
We are in and out of Sierra Blanca itself, Cascada de Camoján, La Loma de Sierra Blanca and Altos de Puente Romano. Each has its own character. Cascada de Camoján is quieter and greener, tucked into the hillside. Altos de Puente Romano sits closer to the beach club and the tennis courts below.
Because we are based in Marbella, at Plaza Santa Mónica, the drive up to Sierra Blanca is short. It means a short-notice clean is usually possible, and a home can be turned around for guests arriving the same week. Sierra Blanca is part of the Marbella municipality, and the town hall is the authority for local services and permits.

What a Sierra Blanca clean involves
Sierra Blanca homes are big, and the cleaning has to match. Most of our clients here book a regular domestic clean, and the bigger villas get two cleaners. One person works through the bedrooms and bathrooms while the other does the living spaces and the kitchen. It keeps the visit to a sensible length and means nothing gets skipped because the cleaner ran out of time.
The houses also have surfaces that need care: marble floors, stone worktops, wood that should not be treated like laminate. We use the right products for each, and if you have particular products you want used, we use yours. For a villa that has been closed up, or one that has had builders or guests through it, we start with a deep cleaning visit to get the whole place back to a baseline, then maintain it on the regular schedule. It is one of the most established addresses on the Costa del Sol, and the standard of finish here is high.
Window cleaning with a view
The whole point of living on this hillside is the view, and dirty glass ruins it. We clean windows as a standalone window cleaning service or as part of a regular visit. For the higher windows and the big picture windows facing La Concha, we bring the right equipment and take our time. It is the kind of job that is easy to rush and obvious when it has been rushed.
Much of the property here is second homes, and the owners are not around to notice a problem. We hold keys for several Sierra Blanca clients and visit between cleans: airing the rooms, checking for leaks, making sure the pool equipment has not been left running and the house is ready for the next arrival.
