A marina, a beach and a protected dune system
Cabopino sits at the far eastern edge of Marbella, where the coast road bends towards Calahonda. It is smaller and quieter than the resorts further west. The marina is one of the more relaxed on the coast, and the beach is backed by the Dunas de Artola, a protected dune system that keeps the area feeling less built-up than its neighbours.
Most of our visits go to Cabopino itself, Artola and Cabopino Marina. Artola is the residential area set back from the beach, a mix of villas and low-rise apartments. Cabopino Marina is the waterfront, where the apartments look out over the boats.
Our base in Marbella puts Cabopino a short drive along the coast road. We are in and out of Cabopino most days, which keeps the diary flexible when a changeover comes up at short notice. Cabopino falls under the Marbella town hall, which handles local services and permits.

Cleaning for residents and holiday lets
Cabopino is smaller than Elviria or Las Chapas, and the work here is steadier. The marina apartments are a mix of full-time homes and holiday lets, and the villas in Artola are mostly lived in or used regularly by their owners. That means our regular domestic cleaning is the backbone of the area: weekly or fortnightly visits, the same cleaner, the same standard.
The holiday side is quieter but still real. The apartments around Cabopino Marina turn over through the summer, and we do holiday rental cleaning for the owners who let them. The changeover is the same job as anywhere else, but the pace is calmer, and we can usually fit a same-day turnaround even at the height of August. The official Costa del Sol tourism site is a good place to start if you are new to the area.
For homes that have been closed up over the winter, or a rental that needs a proper reset before the season starts, we do a deep clean first. It is the difference between a house that looks clean and one that is clean.
End of tenancy and window cleaning
Cabopino has fewer long-term rentals than the bigger areas, but the ones it has are mostly apartments around the marina, and the handover standard is strict. Our end of tenancy cleaning works through the inventory checklist so the property is ready for the next tenant or for the owner to move back in.
Window cleaning matters here more than most places. The marina apartments look straight out over the boats and the sea, and salt spray builds up on the glass fast. We do window cleaning as a standalone job or as part of a regular visit, and for the apartments with balconies we clean the glass from inside and out where we can reach it safely.
