Golf, beach and a slower pace
Real Club de Golf Guadalmina is one of the oldest courses on the coast, and it shapes the area. A lot of our clients here are golfers, or the partners of golfers, people who would rather be on the fairway than mopping the kitchen floor. The beach at Guadalmina is quieter than the ones further east, which suits the residents fine.
It's a settled, low-rise corner of Marbella. Not much nightlife, not much traffic, just a lot of well-kept homes that need looking after while their owners are elsewhere.
