How long does a deep clean take?

A two-bedroom apartment usually takes four to six hours. A larger villa in Guadalmina can take a full day with two cleaners. We will give you a time estimate when you book.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Many clients leave a key or arrange access through a concierge. We are insured and our cleaners are vetted.

What is the difference between a deep clean and an end of tenancy clean?

A deep clean is a thorough clean of the whole home. An end of tenancy clean follows a specific deposit checklist so the property is ready for a landlord's inspection.

Can you clean the oven and inside the fridge?

Yes. Oven interiors, extractor filters and the inside of the fridge are all part of a deep clean. Just mention them when you book.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, we bring everything we need, including ladders for high areas and specialist products for limescale and grease.
