Fuengirola is not a place that empties out in October. It has one of the largest Scandinavian communities in Spain, a long line of apartment blocks behind the beach, and a promenade that runs the full length of the seafront. That steady, year-round population means regular cleaning is a weekly reality here, not a seasonal afterthought.
Most of our clients in the town book a weekly or fortnightly visit and leave the rest to us. The flat stays clean, the cleaner knows the place, and nobody spends their Saturday scrubbing the bathroom.
What a regular clean covers
Every visit follows the same checklist, so nothing gets missed. We clean the kitchen properly: worktops, hob, sink, splashbacks, the outside of cupboards and appliances, and the floor. Bathrooms get the full treatment too, toilets, basins, baths, showers, mirrors and tiles. Living areas and bedrooms are dusted, hoovered and mopped, and we finish with skirting boards and internal windowsills.
If you want something extra, like the inside of the oven or the fridge, just ask and we will add it to the visit. Or book a deep clean once in a while to reset the whole place.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly
You choose the rhythm. A family flat in Los Boliches might want weekly, while a second home in El Higuerón that sits empty between visits is fine with monthly. We will match you with a cleaner who knows your property, so the standard stays consistent from one visit to the next. And if you are away, we can hold the keys and clean while you are gone.
Who books a regular clean
It is a mix. Families with young children who would rather spend the weekend on the beach than scrubbing the bathroom. Retired couples who have moved to the coast and want the place kept to a standard without the bending and lifting. And a lot of holiday home owners, people with a flat in Torreblanca or Carvajal who want it spotless every time they fly in. From Los Boliches to El Higuerón
Fuengirola's neighbourhoods run in a line behind the beach. Los Boliches is the old fishing quarter turned lively residential area, with its own station and a proper local feel. Further east, Torreblanca and Carvajal climb the hillside, and El Higuerón sits at the top with views over the whole bay. Los Pacos and San Cayetano fill in the middle, popular with families and commuters.
