Marbella Maid — CANCELATION POLICY

In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, twenty-four (24) hours notice to Marbella Maid is required. Notice may be given by WhatsApp, SMS (text), or phone. Should the Client fail to give twenty-four (24) hours notice, the Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning first offense and 100% of the fee for canceled cleanings thereafter. This helps keep our schedules for our staff organized so we can continue providing a great service! We appreciate the advanced understanding.
