The homes are a mix of large beachfront villas and apartments set back on the hillside, so the cleaning work varies from full-villa weekly service to apartment turnarounds.
The area runs from the beach clubs up to La Reserva de Los Monteros on the hill. Sea air is hard on glass, terraces and metalwork, so windows and outside areas need more attention here than inland.
