Cleaning Services in Las Chapas
Las Chapas is the beachside stretch of east Marbella, where the villas sit close to the sand and the holiday lets change over all summer. Most days we have a cleaner working somewhere in Las Chapas, from family houses to rentals that need turning around between guests.
A beachside community with a steady rhythm
Las Chapas runs along the coast between Elviria and Cabopino, on the eastern edge of Marbella. It is quieter than the centre and more settled than the newer developments further east. The beach here is one of the longer stretches of sand in the area, and the protected dunes at Dunas de Artola sit just along the coast towards Cabopino.
Most of our work lands in Las Chapas itself, Hacienda Las Chapas, Las Chapas Playa, Costabella and Alicate Playa. Hacienda Las Chapas is the established villa area set back from the road. Costabella and Alicate Playa are the beachside communities, where the holiday lets and second homes are.
Las Chapas is a quick drive from our Marbella base, straight along the coast road. We are in Las Chapas most days, and that makes it easy to cover a changeover or a same-day clean when one appears. The Marbella town hall is the local authority for Las Chapas and the surrounding coast.

Cleaning for residents and holiday lets
Las Chapas is a beachside area with a strong seasonal rhythm, and the cleaning follows it. From Easter to October the holiday lets in Costabella and Alicate Playa dominate. We do the holiday rental cleaning for owners who list on Airbnb and Booking.com: the full changeover between guests, beds changed, bathrooms and kitchen done, floors washed, and the terrace swept if it is part of the let. In July and August that can mean two or three turnarounds a week for the same property.
Outside the season the picture changes. The permanent residents in Hacienda Las Chapas and the villas set back from the road book regular domestic cleaning, usually weekly or fortnightly. Some of those homes are lived in all year; others are used at weekends and need a clean before the owners arrive. We fit both patterns.
For a home that has been closed up, or a rental that has had a hard summer, we recommend a deep clean first. It gets the place back to a standard we can maintain on a regular visit, which matters on a stretch of the Costa del Sol where the season is short and intense.
End of tenancy and window cleaning
Long-term rentals in Las Chapas tend to be villas, and the handover standard is higher than for a flat. When a tenant moves out, our end of tenancy cleaning goes through the inventory room by room, so the landlord can sign off without a list of niggles. We have done enough of these to know where the deposit disputes usually start: the oven, the inside of the fridge, the bathroom grout. We make sure those are done.
Windows are a separate job that pays for itself here. The beach is close, the sea air is constant, and glass that faces the sun shows every smear. Our window cleaning covers the frames and tracks as well as the glass, which is what actually makes a window look clean rather than just less dirty.
