A residential corner of east Marbella
Elviria sits a few kilometres east of Marbella centre, on the coastal side of the A-7. It is one of the more established residential areas on this stretch of the coast, with a proper mix of full-time residents and holiday-home owners. The beach at Elviria is one of the better ones in the area, and the Don Carlos Hotel has been a landmark here for decades.
We spend most of our time in Elviria itself, Elviria Hills, Hacienda Elviria, Los Lagos de Elviria and Elviria Playa. Elviria Hills climbs up the hillside with bigger villas and sea views. Hacienda Elviria and Los Lagos are flatter, greener and popular with families. Elviria Playa is the beachside strip, where the holiday lets are.
From our Marbella base, Elviria is only a short run along the coast road. We are in Elviria most days, so we can usually slot in a last-minute clean or a changeover without a long wait. For local services and permits, the Marbella town hall is the authority for this stretch of the coast.

Cleaning for residents and holiday lets
Elviria splits neatly into two kinds of home, and we treat them differently. The family houses in Hacienda Elviria and Los Lagos de Elviria are lived in all year. Most of those clients book a regular domestic clean, weekly or fortnightly, and we get to know the house: which rooms actually get used, which surfaces need the careful products, when the school run means the cleaner needs a key.
The other side of Elviria is the holiday-let strip along Elviria Playa. Those homes turn over every few days in summer, and the changeover has to be fast. Our holiday rental cleaning covers the full turnaround: beds stripped and remade, bathrooms and kitchen done properly, floors mopped, and the small restock of basics if you want us to handle it. If a rental has been let all season, or a family home has been neglected for a while, we start with a deep clean to reset the baseline, then move onto the regular schedule. Elviria sits on the Costa del Sol, and the seasonal rhythm here follows the coast.
End of tenancy and window cleaning
Elviria has a steady market in long-term rentals, and when a tenant moves out the landlord usually wants the place ready for the next one quickly. Our end of tenancy cleaning works through the inventory checklist, so the property is ready for the handover or for viewings.
We also do window cleaning here, which matters more than people expect. Sea air leaves a film on the glass, and a villa with a view of the Mediterranean looks tired when the windows are dull. It is a small job that makes a big difference to how a home feels.
