Fuengirola has a large rental market, a mix of long-term lets for the people who live here year-round and short lets for the summer crowd. When a tenancy ends, the flat has to be handed back clean, and the deposit often depends on it. A quick once-over is rarely enough.
Our end of tenancy clean is built around the checklist landlords and letting agents use. We go room by room and leave the place in the condition it was handed over in, so there is nothing for the agent to flag.
What the clean covers
We clean everything a landlord will check. The kitchen gets the full treatment: oven, hob, extractor, inside cupboards and drawers, worktops, sink, splashbacks and the floor. Bathrooms are descaled and scrubbed, including the grout, the shower screen and the inside of the toilet. Every room is dusted, hoovered and mopped, and we finish with skirting boards, door frames, light switches, internal windows and windowsills.
If the property is being handed back empty, that is ideal. We can get to every corner without working around furniture. If there is still furniture in place, we clean around and under it as far as we can.

Timing matters. The clean needs to happen after the furniture is out and before the final inspection, so we will help you pick the right day. If you are moving out on a Friday and the inspection is Monday, we can come over the weekend. We are open seven days a week, which helps when a tenancy ends on an awkward date.

Most flats take a full day with one or two cleaners, depending on size and condition. We will give you a time estimate when we quote.
Do you provide a checklist or receipt?
We work to a standard checklist and can provide a receipt for the clean. If your landlord or agent has a specific list, send it over and we will work to it.
Can you clean the oven and inside the fridge?
Yes, both are included. The oven, hob and extractor are part of the kitchen clean, and we will clean the inside of the fridge if it is empty and switched off.
What if the property is still furnished?
We can clean around the furniture. An empty property is easier, but we handle furnished flats all the time and clean under and behind what we can move.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, we are open seven days a week. If your tenancy ends on a Friday and the inspection is Monday, we can come over the weekend.
